Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping costs and import taxes from China are included in the final price. We have agreements with various international carriers that enable low shipping costs, and these costs are distributed across the products. You won't pay any additional fees for shipping.
How long until I receive my product?
Delivery time depends on your country location. Typically, you will receive the product at your home within 15 to 30 days. Products are shipped to carriers on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Are there any taxes I need to pay?
Taxes generated in China are our responsibility. However, some countries charge taxes on goods received from abroad. We cannot determine if your country charges taxes or how much. You should check with your country's customs authorities.
We send all necessary export documentation. 98% of our products arrive at buyers' residences without issues. In the rare case that a buyer doesn't receive the product, it's returned to us and we refund the Bitcoin payment.
Why are prices so low?
We have stock of miners manufactured between 2019-2022 that weren't sold. These are new, boxed, never-used miners. Since they use older technology and occupy warehouse space, we're selling them at the lowest possible price.
We buy bulk lots directly from factories and sell online directly to consumers, eliminating middlemen. This allows us to offer the best prices in the market.
Do products have warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all products. All miners are brand new, in original boxes, and never used.
If I have a problem with the product, how do I proceed?
You'll cover the cost of shipping the product to us. The product will be replaced with another of the same model, and we'll cover return shipping costs.
If we don't have the product in stock, you'll receive a superior/equivalent product or, if you prefer, a full refund of the amount paid.
